My name is Hannah, and I am a Creative Writer and Graphic Designer from the United States. I am a huge fan of Harry Potter and the art of telling stories. Stories are very powerful and being able to share them with others is something that I consider a superpower! Being a writer is a gift, it helps me to communicate and share ideas, to grow personally, and to reach out and connect to others who are touched by the silly scribbles I have to share.
I was born in 1986 in a small town and was raised to love stories and descriptive details. My mother, who home schooled me, taught me how to close my eyes and imagine entirely different worlds before putting them to paper. I wrote my first book by the time I was eight - a short story about a cat named Kate, which once was illustrated by a local professional cartoonist!
In the 1990s and early 2000s, I discovered fan fiction writing about my favorite band (Backstreet Boys), sending the fictional version of my teen idols on adventures as crazy as becoming shipwrecked in outerspace, and as personal as a heavy platonic relationship drama which taught the lesson that we're all beautiful for being broken. During my time writing Backstreet Boys fan fiction, my work was posted on multiple fan websites and won several fan-vote awards including categories like Best Author.
Then one day I had an idea for a Harry Potter fan fiction. I realized that I was not alone in wanting to know more about the Marauders era, and I started working on writing a story that would capture the magic and love of the four that came before the Golden Trio. James, Sirius, Remus and Peter are shadow characters created by J.K.Rowling, but I wanted them to be fleshed to reality. I wanted to give their bullet-point existence a story with flesh and bones that could come to life, like Pinocchio becoming a real boy.
That is how writing the Marauders began - as my own dream to fill an empty gap that fascinated my imagination. The writing of Marauders has been a long. and still ongoing, process, but it is one of love and joy. The appreciation and following that has built up through Wattpad, Discord, and Instagram is absolutely breath taking and I am so excited to get to share this phenomenon with you all.
As we move forward, my dream is to not only continue to tell you stories - original tales that are all my own creation, about girl knights and broken hearts, dragons and new worlds, colors and adventures - I also want to show you how to tell yours.
With that goal in mind, I began my studies and completed a Master's Degree in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University, and I plan to enroll in online teaching courses and other classes that I need in order to become a writing instructor. Soon, I intend to create workbooks and guides that you can use to tell your own stories!
All of this is possible because of you, the readers.

I strongly support the rights of every human to live, love, and express themselves freely in their own skin. Nobody has the right to make you feel small for being yourself.
Transphobic vibes will not ever be tolerated here. If I use incorrect pronouns, correct me. YOU are the only person who can tell me who you are - and I will listen.
This is a safe place for everyone. I support you, as you are, whoever you are, whatever color, race, religion, age, gender, or other variable you may be.
I may not be much help but I will listen,
and I will support you in anyway I can.
